We spent almost 4 hours shopping for tudung around Shah Alam. It was my mother idea to go for matching outfits for the whole family for my brother wedding on this 25th Dec. Typically, my mother didn't find anything she like for over many shops we went by. =_="
If you think the bride is the one in red, on the right side of the groom (my brother). You are so wrong. That's my mother. She looks so young isn't she? If my mother walking with my brother, people will say, she is my brother's sister. If she is walking with my father, people would say, she is his daughter. Makes me laugh every time I heard this.
My mother wanted to find a unique tudung for the occasion. While me, have specific criteria of tudung that I'm going to wear. It must be large to cover the chest. Plus, I still don't like to wear tudung with awning. I know, I'm a bit behind in the fashion era in my country. But still, I think I will look weird wearing one of those tudungs.
So at last, I bought tudung from the same store I usually bought my 60'' tudung and my Jubah. I'm satisfied. Although my mother said it was plain, no braides, not fashionable. It's still okay to me..
Then we had a visit to my cousin who just delivered her 1st baby on 20.11.2011. She didn't choose that date of course. But she had to be induce becuase her servics cannot open enough for the baby to go through. She had to wait for 2 days, and induced 3 times. So doctor went for C-sect operation. Alhamdulilah, baby was fine. She just so small. But she had to stay for a week for physiological jaundice.
Funny thing is, when I came to their house, my aunt, Mak Uda, congratulate me, then I said, "Oh, I'm not the one who is getting married". Then she said, "I'm congratulating you because you had a new sister in law".
Ahh.. I see.. +_+ I forget...
Then during our conversation in their house, they talked about Kazehaya's parents that went to Perlis, to attend the wedding with us. They were like so excited to know who is this Kazehaya, what his family are like. ~_~" They started to ask which university he went, what course he is taking..
Then suddenly there were a huge fight between UiTMs and UTPians in the house. See, most of my kazen in that house are graduate from UTP, so they said more UTPians are coming into the family. Plus most of my kazens in law are UTPians. But my uncle (Pak Uda) stood up and defending that UiTMs still rule the family as he, me and many others are from UiTM. Haha.. Fighting for this issues.. =_="
Even my kazen's husband, who just delivered her baby, is the same course as Kazehaya. But I doubt he knows him as he graduate in the year 2008. But throughout our visits, they were teasing me so much about Kazehaya. I just have to bare with it. What to do.. ~_~
I had fun yesterday, meting with my family members, seeing new born family member. Welcome to our family Raihanna Safiah. May Allah bless my family..
